Grandtake is a crypto-native prediction market where you trade on the outcomes of sports and real-world events and get paid for being right.
How do I create an account?+
Use the Sign Up button and continue with a crypto wallet, your email and password, or a social login such as Google or Telegram. It takes under a minute.
Do I need a crypto wallet?+
No. You can start with email or social login. A wallet is only needed to deposit and withdraw stablecoins for trading.
Trading and Markets
How do prices work?+
Prices reflect the implied probability of an outcome. For a binary market, Yes and No always add up to one dollar. Buying an outcome moves its price up.
What is the multiplier on a market?+
The multiplier shows the potential return on a winning position at the current price. A lower probability outcome carries a higher multiplier.
How are markets resolved?+
Each market lists clear resolution criteria and an authoritative source. When the event concludes, the market resolves to the supported outcome. See our Trading Rules for details.
Deposits and Withdrawals
Which currencies can I use?+
Trades are settled in supported stablecoins. You can deposit from a connected wallet or buy with local currency where available.
How long do withdrawals take?+
On-chain withdrawals are usually processed within minutes, depending on network conditions. Always double-check the address and network before sending.
What if I sent funds to the wrong address?+
Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Grandtake cannot recover funds sent to an incorrect address or on an unsupported network, so please verify carefully.
KYC and Verification
Why do I need to verify my identity?+
Identity verification helps keep the platform safe and lets us meet legal and compliance requirements. It is required for higher limits and withdrawals.
How long does verification take?+
Most verifications complete within a few minutes. In some cases a manual review may take longer, and we will keep you updated.

How do I keep my account secure?+
Protect your wallet keys and password, never share them, and be cautious of phishing. Grandtake will never ask for your seed phrase or password.
Can I change my email or username?+
Yes, you can update your profile details in Settings once that section is available for your account.

Payouts and Winnings
When do I get paid?+
When a market resolves, winning positions are paid automatically in the settled stablecoin, net of the settlement fee. Losing positions settle to zero.
What fees does Grandtake charge?+
Grandtake charges a 2 percent settlement fee on net winnings. There is no separate fee to place a trade. Network gas fees may apply to wallet actions.

Contact support within 7 days of resolution with the details and we will review the market against its listed source and criteria.
